Soundenvision has announced that it is launching an in-store coat drive to provide local families with a new or gently used coat for the upcoming winter months. Studies have shown that children, in particular, who have a new coat during the winter, have better attendance, fewer illnesses, and an improved sense of pride and confidence.
To encourage participants within the community, Soundenvision is offering discounts on remote car starters to customers that bring in a new or gently used coat. “We specialize in installing remote starters, which brings warmth to families on the road; so we wanted to go one step further and offer the same sense of warmth and security to those in need,” shares Luke Anderson, owner of Soundenvision.
All coat donations will be given to local families to support their efforts in helping families in the community. While discounts are limited to one per customer, Soundenvision encourages individuals to bring any coats that are sitting unused in their closets.
